This is a vintage Parker Lucky Curve  eyedropper fill  fountain pen that was made in the USA about 1895-1900.
This pen is near mint except for the feed. It has the original Lucky Curve overfeed, but it has been adjusted a few times over the years.
The pen writes well and has a great imprint.  I found this pen mixed in with the pens that came from the Wirt factory.   It is possible that Wirt made this pen for Parker, but I have never found a link between Parker and Wirt, or it could be that Wirt purchased this pen to study it.
Either way it is a great pen.

A beautiful example of a Parker cone cap eyedropper.  There are no cracks in the barrel or cap.  The feed shows that some had heated and adjusted it, otherwise the pen is near mint. Black glossy finish. No oxidation. A great pen that may have been made by Wirt or may have been purchased by Mr Wirt himself.
