We accept Paypal payments with Confirmed Address ONLY, and can only ship to your paypal confirmed address. If you have more than one address set up on your Paypal account, please make sure you choose the correct address. Please do not include any alternate shipping address with your Paypal payment. We will only ship your package to the confirmed address provided during ebay checkout without notifying you, and we WILL NOT be responsible if the package is lost or returned due to incorrect address provided. If you are not sure what your confirmed address is, please contact Paypal.

SHIPPING INFO

All International shipments are made via USPS First Class International/Priority International Mail, No Tracking # will be available, Buyers assumes all risks for all lost packages.

• Majority of our orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

30 Days Money Back

It's our goal to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If you are not satisfied with the products for any reason within 30 days of receiving the item. We will offer refund of the ITEM PRICE ONLY on any unused items upon return. 

60 Days Limited Warranty

Warranty is for EXCHANGE ONLY. All products come with a 60 days limited warranty against manufacturer's defects. No exchange will be issued on products that have been damaged in any way. If your item is damaged during shipping, please refer to Damaged Items Section. All warranty claims MUST have a RMA number issued by UKWHOLESELLAR. 

Damaged Items

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we carefully inspect all packages prior to shipping. All of our products are sold as brand new, therefore, all damaged products are considered damaged during transit (even though outer boxes is not damaged). If you have received a damaged or broken item, please contact us immediately so we can help you with the damage claim with the shipping carrier. No claims will be honored after 14 days upon item received. 

When exchanging or returning, all products must be in original packaging with RMA number issued by us clearly marked on the outside of the box. Packages received without a valid RMA number will be returned to the buyer and no credit will be issued.

All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in any circumstances, unless it is approved by our Return Department.
