• Serious bidders only, please. Orders will be cancelled and an unpaid item dispute filed if payment is not received within 5 working days of purchase

RETURN POLICY

• We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price less S&H within 14 days of your purchase.
• For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories.
• Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.
  
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We recommend you return parcels with a sign-for delivery. We cannot accept responsibility or refund for parcels that get lost on the way to us.

• Please provide confirmed address & phone number and make sure your address in eBay & PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to before you pay.
• Please keep an eye on your parcel delivery, Especially for the parcels which are shipped from China. If the parcel is returned to us We CHARGE for a REDELIVERY.
• **PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT OR SIGN FOR A DAMAGED PARCEL AND TAKE A PHOTO AS A EVIDENCE. WE CAN NOT REFUND YOU IF YOU ACCEPT A DAMAGED PARCEL.**
• All the orders usually shipped out within 2 working days on payment receive cleared. (except weekends and holidays)
• Within UK, we offer different shipping options from next day delivery to second class delivery.
• Standard Shipping to anywhere in the world by Air-mail from UK unless stated differently.
• The standard shipping time for registered air mail can take up 7 working days (within EU) and  10 working days (worldwide)assuming there is no custom delay in both countries.
• If you would like to receive your item faster, we can arrange it for you, please contact us before bidding or payment.
• We are unable to take any responsibility for any custom delay or tax. Reason is because transit time is highly depended and provided by Postal Service.
