TCO will deliver direct to you, to your customer or to site. Due to the nature of the products we sell, we know the likelihood is you need your order super-fast and so we do everything in our power to make delivery as quick as possible. Your item(s) will be shipped using Royal Mail or UPS depending on the size and weight.

Once cleared payment is received, your item(s) will be dispatched the same or next working day depending on the cut off time. In the case of unforeseen circumstances or beyond reasonable control we may be unable to deliver in this time frame. In such circumstances we will contact the customer to advise of any delay. Once the order has been dispatched you will receive an update with the courier's details and your consignment number. In the event you need to return your goods please let us know by using the return request function in Ebay. The process is simple and Ebay will take you through all steps including printing your postage label. Refunds will be issued promptly once the returned goods are received in good condition. All refunds will be made using the same payment methods as used by the purchaser and you will of course receive notification once the refund is complete.
