Delivery

We post all items by Royal mail 2nd class within the UK unless specified which usually takes 4 -6 working days. However, most items have a 1st class option when you go though the checkout procedure if you need the item quicker.

For International postage, we use International small packet or International singed for service according to the order, please allow up to 15 days for delivery. Most of our international parcels are received within 6 working days.

We post items Monday - Friday, In the event of a Bank holiday or Weekend the item will be posted out next working day.

Incorrect Delivery Address

If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result. Please make sure your delivery address is correct before purchasing!!

Returns and Refunds:

We do our best to serve each and every customer the best way we can and understand that on occasion you might need to return products. Please note we can only accept a return if the item is in its original packaging and with all the components.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return the product to us within 30 days of delivery.

On receiving the item, we will endeavour to process all refunds within 5 working days.
