U.S. Shipping Information

• Your item(s) will ship either the same day or next business day after payment clears. We ship items out every business day, Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.
• To the lower 48 States, most items will ship with Fedex Ground or Fedex Home Delivery. Some items will ship via USPS which will be even faster delivery.  WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SHIP ANY ITEM VIA EITHER CARRIER. Most items cannot ship to a PO Box in the lower 48 States.
• Snowboard packages will normally ship in multiple packages and may arrive a day or two apart. This doesn’t happen often but please don’t panic if you only receive one package at a time.
• Express Shipping is available. Email us for details. Please be advised that shipping snowboards with Express shipping is very expensive because most of our items are oversized and odd shaped.
• All of our items ship fully insured, even items that come with FREE Shipping!
• Tracking provided
• ALASKA, HAWAII, AND APO/FPO SHIPMENTS WILL BE CHARGED A SHIPPING FEE. THESE SHIPMENTS WILL BE SENT BY USPS PRIORITY MAIL WHICH IS SIGNIFICANTLY MORE EXPENSIVE TO SHIP. PLEASE EMAIL US FOR SHIPPING COSTS BEFORE BIDDING. WE DO NOT SHIP TO PUERTO RICO.

Below is the FedEx shipping times map from our location. We are not responsible for carrier transit time. This information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, especially during inclement weather. Ship date is NOT included as a shipping day on this map.

International Shipping Information

• International Shipping is through eBay's Global Shipping Program.
• It may be necessary to ship certain items (usually boots) without the original manufacturer's box in order to fit all items into one shipping box.
• We cannot ship multiple orders together. Each purchase must ship in it's own box as required by eBay's Global Shipping Program. If you order a snowboard package that includes multiple items, they will all ship in one box, but if you order two snowboard packages, we cannot ship them together.
• We cannot ship items as gifts and we cannot lower the value of the item.
• Exchanges can be done, but the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. In order to avoid having to exchange boots, we do recommend that you order your normal shoe size or a half size larger if you wear half sized boots. If you follow this rule, the boots should fit you well.
• Returns will be charged a restocking fee and buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please refer to our return policy to see what can be returned.
• Tracking is available. On the eBay order details page, there will be a Global Reference number. The final tracking number may not be available for several days, but will be available once the item ships from the Global Shipping Hub.
• Shipping Internationally typically takes 7-14 business days. This is an estimate only, not a guarantee.

We accept returns on all items within 30 days of delivery.  During the Christmas season (November - December) there is an extended return period.  Items must be brand new in the packaging and complete as the items were shipped to you.  Clothing must be brand new with tags attached, just tried on.  Snowboards/Skis must be brand new with bindings never mounted.  There will be a restocking fee charged to cover shipping costs to get the item(s) to you.
