SHIPPING
1. After confirm your cleared payment, we will arrange to ship the package(s) to you via UPS, FEDEX, DHL, TNT, EMS Express or other economical registered post such as China Post, Hongkong Post, Singapore Post, Swiss Post, Sweden Post or ePacket. Delivery Time will take about 5-7 working days by UPS, FEDEX, DHL, TNT. By EMS usually take 10-15 working days. By economical shipment will take 25-35 days depend on the different countries and areas. It may take longer during the holiday seasons.
2. We will ship the package(s) to the default address where you registered on www.ebay.com if you do NOT inform us. If the delivery address different with the information that you registered or you want to send the package(s) to another address, please tell us the full name of the consignee, contact telephone numbers, postal code and detailed address.
3. As soon as shipment is effect, we will fill in the Tracking Numbers (shipping by express or economical packets) to the online orders. Buyer can track the parcel by courier’s website or local couriers’ service phones.
4. In order to ensure buyers receive the orders tax free or lower tax upon imports. We usually declare lower value. However, the tax is determined by the customhouse not by us. 9. We are not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues that caused by the shipping couriers. But we will try our best to assist the buyer and shipping couriers to ship the package(s) if there is any problem.
PAYMENT
1. Payment should be carrying out within 10 days after you confirm the order. We accept PayPal, Visa Credit Card, MasterCard Credit Card. eBay can protect your payment, payment is only released to us after you get the package and confirm everything in good condition. WARRANTY

2. Most of our electronical products are complying with FCC, CE & ROHS certificates with warranty period 2 years. Please refer to the idiographic description of these items.
3. Customers have 30 days to replacement new product(s) or refund on receipt. Please ensure that the package is undamaged or resaleable when you return it back. We can not accept any request of refund or replacement without any reasonable reasons.
4. Any quality problem within 30 days, we can return the money back to the buyer or provide bran-new product to replace; quality problem within 2-12 month, we replace bran-new product for the buyer; quality problem within 13-24 month, we repair the damage product for the buyer. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. We will do our best on controlling items quality and logistic. However, complication tends to happen on international orders. If you do not receive your package(s) on times or are not satisfied with the items quality or quantity problem, please contact us as soon as you receive the package(s).
6. If customers received any defects or damaged on the package(s) as well as the products, please refuse to sign the package(s) and contact us immediately. Please also provide a proof from the shipping companies which prove the damage caused by them. We will ask compensation from the transport company. Or we do not accept any claims or compensation from the buyer.
REFUND
1. If you received any defects or damaged product(s), please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund. You can choose to return the product(s) to us with full original packing on your expense and we will just refund you the cost exclude freight.
2. Return is not available once the products are damaged by improper use on the buyer’s end. We do not accept refund or replacement if customers do not have reasonable reasons.
3. We sell the products, but excluding the installation guide. We will send the manual to you for studying and please make sure you know how or where to install the products. We can not accept the buyer start a suit to their loss, for the reason that the products can not be installed and be broken in their own thinking.
4. Please contact us before returning the products and we will provide detailed return address. Buyer is responsible for the return shipment. Restocking fee will be charged for the item without original package.
5. For dispute order(s), the processing may cost longer, maybe 30 to 60 days by eBay, as we do not have the right to finish them as soon as possible.
