TERMS & CONDITIONS RETURNS: Please inform us via eBay of your intention of returning item/s to us. Item/s may be returned up to and including 14 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be unused, have all tags attached and be in undamaged and original packaging. Whilst all items are fully checked before dispatch, in the unlikely event that an item is faulty an identical replacement will be sent. After this time please then formally report that your item has not arrived via eBay so that we can process your refund speedily.
