The 055XPROB makes the famous Manfrotto-patented horizontal centre column feature even easier to use. By extending the column to its highest vertical position, it can be swung round to horizontal without removing the head or disassembling the column itself, so switching between framing and positioning setups is more convenient than ever. The ergonomics of the leg angle release mechanism and the quick action leg locks themselves have also been greatly improved.

The Manfrotto 055XPROB is a 3-section tripod, designed to hold lightweight cameras and camcorders for extreme outdoor photography. In addition to the usual horizontal rotations, the centre column of this Manfrotto 055 Series tripod can also be rotated vertically to help you capture amazing visuals from different angles.

The built-in levelling bubble of this Manfrotto 055 Series tripod helps you to accurately position it, even on uneven surfaces. Made of aluminium, the Manfrotto 055XPROB 3-section tripod is lightweight, enabling you to carry it around with ease. This Manfrotto 055 Series tripod can be extended by up to 178.5 cm, allowing you to position your camera according to your requirements to take a range of shots
