Customs, Duties and Taxes
- The Buyer pays ALL import duties and taxes... These charges are your responsibility
- Packages must clear customs and this will take a few days.
- Most countries charge customs duties and taxes on items being imported from the US. You are responsible to know your Country's importing laws and taxes.
- Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying
- Duties, taxes and charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up & do NOT confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- We declare all items as a "purchase" for the winning bid amount.
- We do NOT mark merchandise below value or mark items as "gifts" or "repairs" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior. We cannot risk our ability to do business by falsifying any portion of the customs documents. Please do not ask us to break the law.
Return Policy
Just email us and return it so we receive it back within 14 days. We are not like other dealers where you must wait months to see the credit or refund. We process all of our returns each weekend and your PayPal account will be credited no later than 3 business days of that weekend.

- Is there a restocking fee?
Yes a 10% restocking fee may apply in some cases. The item must also be received back in the exact same condition with everything that was included (ie. box, tag, etc.)
- Is shipping refunded by TimelessLuxuryWatches?
No. The original shipping fees and the shipping costs back to us are not refunded.
- Is customs duties and taxes refunded by TimelessLuxuryWatches?
No. Timeless does not refund any of the customs, duties, taxes or brokerage fees. You can contact your local customs office or the shipping carrier to request a reimbursement of your taxes and/or fees. Please note that some countries will not provide a reimbursement of your taxes or fees for a returned item.
- I received my watch and it is not working?
Please email us so we can correct the issue to your satisfaction. Occasionally a rough shipping trip and/or altitude & temperature variations experienced in transit can cause a watch to not run properly. Pressure of trapped air molecules inside the case can cause either expansion or compression on the parts of the movement. Of course, this even happens to brand new watches when shipped to an authorized dealer, except the adjustments of decompression and calibration are usually made in the store after the package has been delivered. Mechanical timepieces are not designed to be shipped due to the fragility and complexity of a movement.

We opened our first storefront in Frisco, Texas in 2010 with a simple idea: our customers deserve the best service we can offer. In order to help customers feel comfortable asking questions about our watch collections, we replicated the ambiance of a classic English study. This intimate setting allowed us to have one-on-one conversations with customers about what makes our watches so unique. We also handpicked our offerings, carrying brands that combined the most unique designs with the highest quality movements. We present these brands to our customers because we are committed to breaking new paths in the watch selling industry.
As a local, family owned business we will always seek lasting relationships with our customers. But our strategies for creating and sustaining those relationships have evolved. In 2013, we moved into a new storefront adjacent to our original location. Our new store is larger and designed to capture the beauty of reflected light. Our new watch showcases are made of glossy white glass and our floors are hand-scraped black hardwood. The contrast between light and dark exposes the intricate details of our unique watch offerings. Our new showroom also has a space for customers to sit and visit over coffee or scotch. We provide this space so that customers feel comfortable browsing our collection and chatting about watches even if they do not intend to make a purchase.
We also upgraded our website to provide better information about our watch collections. Our new organizational strategy allows customers to browse our watches more easily. We are particularly proud of our watch reviews and buyer’s guide articles that equip customers with insightful strategies for purchasing our watches. New articles will be offered each week so that customers can stay on top of the most current watch trends.
Our owners believe that businesses should only offer products that inspire genuine enthusiasm. Those who have worked with him are never surprised to see customers describe their purchasing experience with superlative praise. He is passionate about unique mechanical watches first and if customers learn to become enthusiastic about them as well, then purchasing becomes a matter of course.
