We offer a 30 day return policy.  You can return your purchased part for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date.  The buyer pays return shipping unless we made an error with your order or if the part was received in damaged or defective condition. 

We offer a SIX MONTH Replacement Warranty.   If the part you purchased becomes defective within six months of the purchase date, we will replace the item at no charge to you.  If we do not have a replacement, we will provide a complete refund of the purchase price and shipping fee. WE DO NOT REIMBURSE LABOR CHARGES. 

PLEASE NOTE:  ENGINES AND TRANSMISSIONS must be installed by a LICENSED MECHANIC.  If you must file a warranty claim and you can not provide us with the licensed mechanic's contact information, your warranty will be void.  

ALL LARGE ITEMS ARE SENT VIA FREIGHT.  A VALID PHONE NUMBER IS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE FREIGHT SHIPMENTS.   PLEASE BE SURE THAT YOUR ORDER CONTAINS A VALID PHONE NUMBER THAT YOU CAN BE REACHED AT.  THIS WILL PREVENT PROBLEMS IN GETTING YOUR ORDER TO YOU IN THE SHORTEST POSSIBLE TIME!

We ship internationally via the Ebay Global Shipping Program.   Items that do not qualify for this program can also be shipped directly.

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

PLEASE NOTE: MANY OF THE PARTS WE SELL REMAIN IN THE VEHICLE UNTIL SOLD. IT CAN TAKE UP TO THREE/FOUR  BUSINESS DAYS TO REMOVE THE ITEM FROM THE DONOR VEHICLE AND PREPARE IT FOR SHIPMENT. PUBLISHED ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES MAY NOT APPLY!
