What makes this guitar special:
One of the most exclusive and versatile instruments to ever come out of
the Fender Custom Shop, the Limited Edition Mischief Maker excels in
fusing together Stratocaster and Telecaster elements. It features a
1-Piece Birdseye Maple 10/56 Large "V" Tele neck, giving players the
opportunity to combine that feel with the body and switching of a
Stratocaster. Three Custom Shop Handwound single-coil Strat pickups are
accessed through 5-way blade switching and a blend knob to drive home
its Strat/Tele tonality. There’s even a Greasebucket tone circuit that
helps roll off high-range chime without hindering gain level. Besides
its one-of-a-kind construction and tone, the guitar sports an absolutely
striking heavy relic job that incorporates a nitrocellulose lacquer
finish over Olympic White and Sunburst. Other appointments, such as its
Limited Edition engraved neckplate and vintage-style hardware make for a
guitar that feels both new and exciting while also retaining familiar
elements of vintage Fenders. This Limited Edition Mischief Maker is a
truly unique instrument, from its stunning sonics to its exceptional
feel and overall playability.
