Returns
I hope that you will love everything you buy from me, however if this is not the case, I promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to me in a saleable condition within 14 days of the dispatch date.
How do I return an item?
To return an item all you need to do is follow these simple steps:
1.Go to your purchase history and beside the item you want to return will be a blue drop down menu and you should select return item.
2.Follow the steps to open a return case where you will get the return details including the return address.
3.Package up the item including all original packaging.
4.Take to the post office and post back to the return address.
Please note all though I will issue a refund on the day I receive the item it can take up to 5 days to credit into your account.
When returning items to me, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.
Please note that I am unable to refund postages costs unless you can prove that the item you received is faulty.
