Minimal scuffs and smudging as shown in photos. (Interior floor has a darkish smudge on left side that does not appear to be from water or mildew, rather a metal marking of some sort).

Locking mechanism does NOT lock properly.  Tab does not stay down and locked.  Missing some sort of tiny latch?  Key is included and turns.
