Agfa super silette LK 35mm camera with case and lucimeter that also has a case.

Number on the case 6102-000.

I don't know anything about cameras and haven't tried to work it as wouldn't know how.

The thing I must point out is that there is signs of wear to case and also small rusty bits on the camera itself. Please see photographs as I have tried to picture this as best I can.
