I encourage all my buyers to use Paypal as their preferred method of payment. Your details are kept safe, fund transfer is instant and you get extra protection should there be a problem with your purchase. Can only accept Paypal for International/EU buyers.

Postage to be paid by the successful bidder. There are several options available so you can choose the one that best meets your requirements.

I try to dispatch items within 2 working days after payment is received. If you want an item urgently I would suggest upgrading to Recorded Deilvery and messaging me at the time of purchase. I will do my best to get your item out to you as soon as possible.

Your purchase is covered by distance selling regulations. What this means for you as a buyer is that you can cancel your purchase up to 14 days after receipt of the item. All I ask is that the item is returned in the condition it was sold in original wrappings. Unless the item is faulty or misrepresented the buyer must cover the return postage.

The Royal Mail and Couriers do try to deliver all mail within the specified time-frame. However items DO get lost/delayed/damaged in transit. I will always work quickly to locate lost items and send out replacements. This sometimes takes a few days to allow all the relavent checks to take place. If your item arrives damaged it is important that ALL packaging and the item are retained as without this (or pictures) the Royal Mail will not consider a claim.

I try to list as accurately as possible and point out any flaws or faults in the item. I do not sell anything I would not be happy to buy myself. I sell only authentic products sourced from trusted sellers.
