• All U.S. Domestic packages have Tracking Numbers that you can track online.
• International sales are shipped using eBay Global Shipping Program ( Chech the rules that apply to your country with eBay )
  

SHIPPING:

• We ship same day when possible or next business day (Monday – Friday) excluding US holidays.
• We do NOT ship to PO BOX
  

• Accept PayPal only.
• Payment MUST be made in less than 2 days after the purchase to avoid automatic eBay payment collection.

EXCHANGES/RETURN:

• Please contact us BEFORE returning any items. Do not just send the items without prior notice.
• Any returned item must be UNOPENED and UNUSED.
• All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. The ONLY exception is if we sent the wrong item or it is defective.
• If a mistake was made unintentionally on our part, we will correct it! Please contact us and we will make it right.

• Buyers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes or fees. Unclaimed packages are not considered as lost.
• If left unclaimed, the package will be returned to us and we will refund the payment minus shipping charges, fees, etc. once we receive the package.
• Depending on the country International shipping delivery can take 2 – 8 weeks, sometimes longer. Please be patient.
