All auction items will be send
out within 1 or 2 business days after the FULL payment is received except
weekend or Holiday. Delivery time may vary which depend on shipping company
spend on transit. Please contact UPS, USPS or FedEx with your tracking
number for any delay shipment.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam
and US Virgin Islands, APO, FPO and PO Boxes orders are shipped using USPS
and may subjected extra handling fee depending on the product. Buyer are
responsible for all extra handling charge.
Any free shipping promotion
listed on our auction only applied to lower 48 U.S States. It is not
including APO, FPO, PO Box and International Shipment.
All orders shipped to the above
mentioned location may be shipped with either Fedex/UPS or USPS and will be
subjected extra handling fee depending on the product. All extra handling
charge has already noticed on the auction page.
Canada and international shipping
charges do not include any custom and brokerage fees, buyers are responsible
for all custom and brokerage fees. Brokerage fee varies upon the value of
the product, for rate information; please refer to the shipping company.
Expected delivery time may take longer than expected for the custom hold.
Shipping/Handling does not
include just the cost of the shipment. There are additional costs such as
additional packing materials, labor, boxes and label.
Shipping and Handling Fee are
non-refundable and non-negotiable under any circumstances.

Return Procedure
Before you send back the problem merchandise:
Before you are willing to return
your item request exchange or refund, please read all of our return policy
carefully. The return policy has already noticed on both auction page and our
policy page. All returned item MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) Number issued by us before returning. RMA number must be clearly written
down on the original box/package. Returned item should be carefully packed (in original
packing or secured packing with your own) and insured for the full purchase
price and shipped via a traceable means (USPS, FedEx, etc.) Over 30-day return
policy period, exchange item MUST pay for re-shipping charge.
For speed up the procedure, please put re-shipping fee into the return package
together. All return item must be returned and arrived within 7 days after RMA
number is issued. Packages unauthorized return will be refused. In the event a
suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of
the original payment method or a check (The refund amount will not include all
of the insurance, transaction, shipping and any installation fee). Buyer is
responsible for all return shipping and resend shipping costs.

Returns refund may be subject to a 40% restocking
fee. We will carefully inspect returned items before issuance of refunds,
credits, or exchanges. Support unrelated or abnormally used to a 30-day warranty

of the insurance, transaction, shipping and any installation fee). Full credit
will not be given for incomplete or damage returns. Absolutely no full refunds
for merchandise returned over 30-days. Warranty period begins with the items
date of payment record.
After returned your merchandise included RMA
number over 7 business days, please email us with your tracking number.
After we confirmed received your item returned,
you will receive the eBay cancel order agreement and please select Accept cancel
order.
A refund will be issued in the form of the
original payment method within 2 business days after you accepted the eBay
cancel agreement.

This warranty is fulfilled when a product is
replaced after the expiration of the manufacturers warranty.
This warranty does not cover cleanings and
alignments unless otherwise noted.
