Policies & General Information
NOTES ABOUT PACKAGING
- Auction items marked as "NEW" may still have distressed retail packaging - meaning the box may show signs of wear from shipping, warehousing, label removing, tape, etc. Keep this in mind when buying an item as a gift.
- Auction items marked as "Open Box" may be missing some of the internal packaging. The packaging may also show signs of significant wear and tear.
PAYMENTS
- We only accept PayPal for payments from confirmed and verified PayPal accounts.
- Payments are due within 48 hours of auction ending unless other arrangements are made with us in advance.
SHIPPING
- We offer shipping domestically and in quite a few cases, worldwide through eBay's Global shipping program.
- For International shipping: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost -these charges are the buyer's responsibility.
- If the auction is for FREE SHIPPING, it is for the contiguous 48 States Only. Please contact us prior to purchasing for the add-on shipping rate when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
- We ship within 1 business day of your cleared PayPal payment and if your payment reaches us before 2:00PM EST, it will ship the same day.
- We will gladly ship to your APO/PO Box if the item is small. Otherwise, we require a physical address to ship your item to. We only ship to the confirmed shipping address provided by PayPal.
- We do not gauge on shipping & handling! If your item cost less to ship than originally anticipated, we will refund the difference back to you.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Unopened items may be returned for any reason. Simply send the items back to us within 14 days and your purchase. When we receive your package, we will refund the purchase minus shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
- Damaged Items - We carefully package your item to arrive to you in excellent condition. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please retain all packaging materials so we may file a claim on your behalf.
- Incorrect Items: If by chance, we accidentally misrepresent an item, you may return the item for a full refund within 14 days of ship date. We always described items to the best of our ability so please read all of the description information. Any item returned for blemishes that were noted in the description will not be accepted for a refund.
