New, Sealed! Philips Sonicare Flexcare RS940 Electric Toothbrush WITH UV SANITIZER!! This is still factory sealed, with the original paperwork. This unit has the UV Sanitizer included. It is an older model which others have said holds the battery charge longer. I don't know if this is true, as I have not tested this function myself. I am a dental hygienist and this is the brush that I have for my 5 sons, 2 with braces, my husband and myself. The outer box shows dings but the inside has never been opened. I took it out of the box to take photos. There are returned and reconditioned brushes that have sold on e-bay for $74.00 as you can verify yourself.
