The ‘CUTOFF’ Voltage is Battery Terminal Voltage (tV) that the ‘ESC’ will shutdown to prevent damaging the battery cells and the case of a LiPo Pack probably cause them to go on fire. i.e. a 12v Sealed Lead Acid Battery has a spent life terminal voltage of 11.1v.
