This Jose Reyes Game Day Heart of the Hide baseball glove features the PRO I Web pattern, which is a single post reinforced bottom web that conforms to a smaller lighter web pattern desired by infielders, this allows you to better shape the pocket. With its 11 1/4" pattern, this glove features a flat, shallow pocket which allows fielders to get the ball out of the glove quickly. It works best for 2nd Base or Shortstop positions.     You may return an item purchased within 14 days of receipt and if the item is in new and unused condition. To return an item:

In the message space provided, please include a reason for return as well as detailed information including order number and product, number, color, and size. A customer service representative will receive your refund request and reply within 48 hours with detailed instructions to return your item.

    Please note: Rawlings does not cover the cost of shipping. We recommend that you request a tracking code and shipping receipt when you ship your return item. Rawlings is not responsible for packages lost in transit.

    Once we've received and inspected your returned item and determined it to be in new/unused condition, we'll issue your refund – typically within two weeks of delivery to our warehouse. Refunds are issued as credits to your PayPal account.
