All orders received before 1pm PST are usually shipped the same day. We ship Monday through Friday, orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. We can ship Post Office Boxes via USPS. With UPS, FedEx a Street Address is required. Rush orders (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day) will be placed on top priority. Orders will be shipped via UPS. Tracking numbers will be provided on all orders. All orders receive email confirmation of shipment and are updated on the Order Status page. We do ship internationally and can provide lower cost USPS at the customers discretion; however USPS First Class and Flat Rate Priority Mail is not tracked or insured. We do not take responsibility for any orders shipped USPS. International order shipping prices will be adjusted to actual shipping cost. Please refer to our international order policies.

International orders are always welcome. You may place your order online or via email. Please allow a few extra days for us to process and confirm international orders.

We always try to work with our international customers on shipping rates because we understand the high cost of getting parts to you from the US. We ship USPS Global AIRMail. USPS is generally much cheaper but is not insured and takes a few extra days. All international orders are shipped on Monday-Friday.

International Shipping:

I ship Worldwide via United States Postal Service (USPS).

UPS and FedEx are available upon request.

Internatinal Items will ship within 24hrs of payment Monday-Friday. Shipping time will differ from location and your customs.

1-First Class Air Mail-does NOT have true tracking or insurance- average shipping time 3-8 weeks

2-Flat Rate Priortiy Mail- does NOT have tracking or insurance- average shipping time 3-6 weeks

3- Regular Priority Mail- WILL HAVE tracking and insurance- average shipping time 2-4 weeks

4-Express Mail- WILL HAVE tracking and insurance-average shipping time 1-2 weeks.

If the item has not arrived within this time take the customs/tracking number I provide to you, to your post or customs office. Most of the time the item can be located there using the customs/tracking number.

Depending on your location International First Class Air and International Priority Air Mail can take up to 2-6 weeks to arrive. This is due to your customs or post office delays.

I CAN NOT CONTROL THE SHIPPING TIME OF YOUR ORDER. I ship it fast and it?s up to your customs and post to get it to you. Please do not get upset with me about the time the item spends getting trough customs. If there is any problem with your order, please email me and I will help.

Returns & Exchanges

We don't require a RMA number. Please call or email Your Store before returning any items.
Returns or Exchanges must be arranged within 14 days of receipt.
Returns must be unopened and in original packaging to receive return credit.
A 20% restocking fee is applied on returns and exchanges.
No returns on electrical parts, chemicals, and closeout parts.

Tracking and Customs Numbers

It is not uncommon for the US Post Office (USPS) not to scan the package on the way out. This will cause the tracking/customs to read ?Electronic Shipping Info Received? but gives no further details. This does not mean that your package is not on the way.

Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. . The numbers provided are delivery and customs #?s. Only Express Mail will have true tracking.

Items must be in the condition as it was when shipped.  We don't require a RMA number. Please add a note in the package letting us know if you want a refund or exchange.
