Meridian Boothroyd Stuart 500 Mk3 CD Transport, Excellent Condition, Includes Remote.

High-quality CD Transport (digital output only) with proper Meridian wireless remote.

Excellent condition, and functions perfectly, but a few light signs of use. I will try to illustrate and describe the major points, so you know what to expect. Please see pictures, and read the description thoroughly. You are encouraged to ask questions or request additional photos.

Solid, compact, and beautiful styling. But the stability, quietness, and sound quality are simply breathtaking! This is the Mark 3 (latest) version with the triple-beam laser and AES/EBU digital XLR output. I have not tested the EIAJ optical output, but the digital output works great. All the controls on the front work perfectly, as do the buttons on the wireless remote. The dot-matrix display is sharp, clear, and fully functional as well.

Wired for nominal 120VAC power input, and has an IEC C-18 male connector. USA IEC C-17 power cord will be included (will also accept standard three-wire IEC C13 cord).

Detailed Description;

• A number of wear marks and light scratches on the top and bottom edges (no deep gouges or dents).
• Some general light scratches and rub marks on the side panels.
• The second “C” in “Compact” on the left part of the front panel is partially worn.
• Some light signs of use on the remote. All remote markings are clear and complete.

If you are looking for a visually perfect example, this isn’t it, although it's really quite nice. But if incredible musical purity is your goal along with great styling functionality, and simple ease of use, I believe you’ll be pleased with this CD transport .
