Original Antique 1899 Atlas Map Of Palestine & Jerusalem/ Asia, Very Good.

This is an original Atlas Map taken from the 1899 edition of "Peerless Atlas of the World". The Map features a map of Palestine and Jerusalem on one side and Asia on the other. This is an historically important map because it predates the state of Israel by nearly 50 years (Israel was formed in 1948). The Map measures 13 5/8" x 10 3/4". The paper has signs consistent with its nearly 120 years of age. There are signs of browning on the paper and it needs to be handled with care - see condition details. Overall, this map is in very good condition for its age. This map will be shipped flat between two pieces of acid-free archival paper.
