Postage
Most of our items are available with a FREEPOST OPTION with a premium service available if you want it a little faster.
Our postage rates are very competitive - much lower than standard Royal Mail rates - and reflect the actual costs involved. We never overcharge. All rates are for all items of any size and will only be charged once per order regardless of the number of items you purchase.
Royal Mail Standard Post is free; Royal Mail 1st Class costs £1.99; Next Working Day Courier costs £4.99 (£6.99 to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland where, unfortunately it costs more to send). If you’re purchasing several items, be sure to add them to your basket before completing checkout in order to benefit from our combined postage rate - we only charge the upgrade once - not on each item.
If you need a guaranteed Saturday delivery, please contact us before purchasing, and we’ll be pleased to offer a quotation for this service. Royal Mail normally delivers on Saturdays where available in your local area.
International postage is available on most items at very competitive prices.
If an international postage price is not displayed for the item you require, please contact us for a quotation.
Everything is despatched within 24 hours of cleared payment received and all are well packaged for protection. If your order is received before 2pm on a working day, we will do our best to despatch it the same day.
Returns
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with this item, please contact us to let us know and you will be able to return it within 30 days of receipt in unopened, resaleable condition for a full refund. Regrettably, we are unable to refund the cost of returning the item unless it is incorrect or faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

That's the joy of being relatively small - we have time for you! Our No 1 priority is - and always will be - service. Everything we sell is brand new, in stock and unopened (except when we have to switch something off for transit) - and we aim to despatch everything on the day it's ordered. If you clear checkout before 2pm (Monday to Friday) we'll do what we can to get it out the door, securely packaged and on its way to you the same day as fast as we can - delivered in a flash!
