You are looking at an amazing pair of original Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller DSS Stacking Side Chairs.  2 Yellow with Gray Piping.  These are the original naugahyde on fiberglass shell chairs.  They are in great condition - a couple of imperfections here and there(see photos).  These were part of a "barn find."  Actually, I acquired these from a real estate developer.  He purchased a library and the furniture was included in the sale.  If you're looking at this, then you probably know the value of this set.  These chairs are iconic - perfect examples of Mid-Century Modern design.
