♥ Refunds and Exchanges

1. Please always write right shipping address! If the item is not delivered because of wrong shipping address – the order won`t be refunded. All orders that are claimed as undelivered after 6 months will be not found by post office or refunded – it is the law of post office.
2. If the order is lost, found and sent back to sender it can be sent back to buyer after the payment of return shipping costs to CzechBeadsExlusive PayPal account. Or we can issue refund to your PayPal account for the items without shipping and we cancel the order.

If you fail to receive items in time from your post office and they are sent back to sender, we can send items back after the payment of return shipping costs to CzechBeadsExclusive PayPal account. 4. If you want to return items, please do it within 14 days after delivery. Items should be sent in unbroken condition, with original packaging at your own expense.
