We use 20Mil laminate for the MX kit and Motor Cross decals. It is a HIGH GLOSS, double polished vinyl laminating film ideal for: Motocross decals, Off-Road racing decals, Motorcycle graphic laminate, Quad Decals, Outdoor Stickers.etc. It has been used in the MX kit industry for over 10 years. All graphics are digitally printed with UV resistant inks that are guaranteed not to fade up to 5 years. We use a Roland printer and laminate clear coat that goes over the print to protect it from scratching.
We print all graphics in high quality 300 DPI so the colors are very vibrant and easy on the eyes. Our printer precisely control droplet placement in both the print head travel and paper feed directions to provide up to 1440x1440 dpi resolution.
We use Eco-Sol MAX ink technology, offering fast drying time, high density, wide color gamut, rugged scratch resistance.
We only print with the BEST printer on the market ! 99.9% of the competition on eBay use Mutoh or Mumaki ( Chinese ) Printers !
If you plan to use another company have them prove what printer they use ! Quality is #1
