We try our best to ship most of our packages by FedEx Ground the same business day if checkout is completed by 2:00PM EST. Emergency Overnight Service: Contact us if you need this service. Overnight shipping can be expensive, and we understand the urgency when a production server is down.
Alaska, Hawaii, PR, Canada Shipping: The shipping prices listed are for the 48 contiguous states. If you want the product to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii please request an invoice as the flat shipping fee does not apply for these areas. We will search for the cheapest shipping to your area. As a general rule we do not ship to Canada but we do make exceptions if the customer is willing to schedule the shipping and handle the customs paperwork.
All items we sell that aren't marked as "for parts or repair" offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee from the date it was received. Our products are in guaranteed working(see exceptions) condition before leaving our warehouse. We do not guarantee any sort of manufacturer warranties if one exists.

If the returned item has additional damage(dented, chipped, cracked, etc.) or is missing items, a fair estimated value will be returned.

A 20% restocking fee applies to returns due to customer errors or items returned that are tested and working appropriately. Returned shipments must include tracking on the shipment.
