- When my item is gonna be shipped?
For some items we need 1-2 business days and for others 3-4 business days your tracking to be added.
- Why my tracking is not added yet?
Usually we need day or two to add your tracking after your order is already shipped and on the way.
- Where my item is coming from?
We are working with several different suppliers and manufacturers in USA. The item will be shipped directly to you.
- Tracking shows that my order is delivered, but can't find it. What to do?
Please check if if someone else accepted the delivery or if its left in your mailbox or where you receive mail. If you still can't find it please contact us!
- I need delivery Information for my heavy item. What do I need to know about it?
The freight trucking service that ships your item will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. This item is only available for curbside delivery, and will not be moved into your home or garage. You will need to move the large box to its final location.
- My shipping address is different than my PayPal address. What to do?
If your shipping address is different than your Paypal address, please add the shipping address to your authorized addresses in your Paypal account.
RETURN
- Want to return an item! What to do?
You can only return the item if you contact us first to provide you return label. Prepare product package, print and put these returning slips outside and inside it. Please let us know when you return it and after we receive it you gonna receive full refund.
PAYMENT
- Did not receive my refund. What to do?
Sometimes Ebay refunds are not sucessfull and need to do it from PayPal too. Please contact us!

- I'm not happy with this product! What to do?
If for any reason you are planning to give a negative, lower rating feedback or open a case please contact us first and give us a chance to regain your trust. We will work with you to resolve any problem you may have.
- My item did not look the same! What to do?
The digital images we display have the most accurate look possible.
However, due to differences in computer monitors settings color and size of the picture might be different. Please contact us!
- Receive broken item. What to do?
Probably is broken in transportation, because we carefully check every item before we dispatch to our customers. Please contact us!
On occasion an item purchased may be out of stock or on back order. When purchasing, buyer agrees to accept a full refund within 48 hours of purchasing or the option to wait for the item to come back in stock. Inventory on eBay changes constantly and it is impossible to maintain a perfectly accurate count of all items. Please do not penalize us if we have to refund you!
