For UK buyers, preferred methods of payment are personal cheque, Postal Order, bank transfer or cash on collection. We also accept PayPal. For non-UK buyers, we accept payment via PayPal only.

Shipping & Delivery

Items will be shipped via Royal Mail or international courier (UPS, Parcelforce, TNT or FedEx).

We aim to dispatch all items within three working days of cleared payment, unless otherwise stated. Unusually large or heavy items may require additional time to arrange delivery. Insurance is included in the shipping price.

NON-EU Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or P&P charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Returns

In accordance with consumer rights regulations, we provide customers with the right to return an order within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in the same state and condition as they were sold in. We recommend you return items using an insured and traceable service, as any liability for loss or damage in transit will be held by the sender. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return postage.
