2.   The parts must be fitted by professionals and with proper installation tools are used. Failure to do so will invalidate the warranty.

3.   In the unlikely situation of a warranty claim arising, we must get the parts back (at buyer cost), purchase/fitment date (like Garage invoices) and Vehicle Registration Number to ascertain the validity of warranty. To make it fair (for both buyer and seller), we will get independent opinion on the warranty case.

4.   We only pay the price paid for the part purchased from us if the warranty in accepted.

RETURNS:

1.   We offer 14 days return policy. We accept the return of goods that were wrongly ordered or purchased in error. The items must be returned to us unused and with original packaging in a saleable condition.

2.   Buyer pays return postage.

3.   Any item found to be damaged or faulty or you are unhappy with your purchase, it must be notified to us within 7 days of receipt of product. Upon receiving your notification, we will review the case and endeavour to close this to a satisfactory solution as soon as possible.

4.   We only use eBay returns process for trackability and convenience to buyer
