This is a tested and beautiful clean working Olympus OM-2 MD BLACK Camera Body with a Olympus Hot Shoe 4. These black bodies are harder to find in clean condition as most show brass wear - not this one. They also cost more at the original time of purchase. The foam strip down the inside of the back door hinge has been replaced so you'll get no light leaks. This is a very popular Manual Focus SLR 35mm Film Camera. It offers a Auto Mode and a Full Manual Exposure Mode making it an ideal camera for any 35mm film photography class or a just a great camera to get creative on. 

The camera body is in mint minus condition (9 out 10) with no paint wear, no dents, no dings and no engravings. All white wording and letters are clean, bright and complete. The prism head, the back door and even the lug strap sides all look exceptionally clean. For honest disclosure on the bottom of the base plate there are some very light bright marks but they are minor and there is no brass or paint wear. All shutter speeds from B/1-1000th have been tested and are working correctly. The viewfinder is clean and clear (no common and horrible prism desilvering) and MOST IMPORTANTLY the light meter has been tested and reads accurate. The floating light meter needle adjusts accordingly and the film counter works great with no issues. It is fitted with 1-13 Split Image Focusing Screen suitable for general photography. The shutter curtain is clean and straight with no wrinkles. Included with the camera is a original Olympus body cap, the RARE plastic base plate protective cover (as seen in photo #1 & #11), the original Olympus neck strap (unused and still in the original packaging), working batteries (two LR44 Batteries), the original black winder port cover located on the base, a instruction manual (shows wear on the front and back pages), a guide on the OM Zuiko Interchangeable Lenses Group, a blank warranty card, and the original box in super nice condition which does include the two foam inserts.
