Shipping
In most cases, items will be shipped the day of purchase. For the lower 48 states, items should arrive within a week, either via USPS or FedEx. A tracking number will be updated within 48 hours of purchase
Returns
If you are returning your item because it is defective or the wrong item was received then we will provide free return shipping. Customers returning defective items have the option of a replacement (if available) or a full refund. For new, non-defective items that have been opened we charge a 15% restocking fee as we cannot resell the item as new. For items that are returned in a different condition than they were sent out, we charge a 15% restocking fee. To return an item you must contact us within 14 days of receipt and we must receive the item within 7 days of the initial request.
