All our products are sourced directly from the UK manufacturers to ensure quality and traceability. Goods are not short-dated unless specifically indicated in the product descriptions. We have a temperature controlled warehouse for storage to ensure the quality of our products. We are happy to offer an exchange or refund to any customer not totally satisfied with their purchase. Please contact us to resolve any delivery or product issues and we will endeavour to get these sorted out quickly and amicably.

We try and process all orders as quickly as possible. Orders received before 12am are usually dispatched the same day, by the chosen delivery method. We use Royal Mail 48 as our standard service – which is free. We use Royal Mail 24 for all first class mail, and we use Parcelforce Express for our next day delivery service. We can offer a discounted posting price when multiple items are bought and posted via Parcelforce – please contact us as rates will vary depending on items bought.
