POSTAGE
Orders will be sent via Australia Post using Regular Post without tracking.
If you want to be able to track your item, please choose Express Post or Registered Post.
Items are posted within 1-2 business days of payment, and usually received 2-5 business days after postage, however delays are possible.
If you require your item in less than 10 days time, please contact me first or choose Express Post shipping.
Once the package is out of my hands and into the postage system, I cannot guarantee the safe and timely receipt of your package.
Please note that packages DO get lost in the mail every now and then.

RETURNS
If you are dissatisfied with the item you have received, please contact me regarding returns and refunds.
Buyer pays for return postage and original postage cost will not be refunded, except in the case that the item has been incorrectly advertised.
