Return/Exchange Policy

- Money Back Guarantee and Replacement Warranty terms start from purchase date. You may find durations and special conditions in item description.
- Shipping/Handling/Insurance costs are not refundable.
- Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted unless authorization has been issued by Best Computer Part Customer Service Department.
- All products should be returned in original packing materials, retail box, UPC or other original items in place with all included manuals, cables, software, etc...

Returns:

You have 30 days to inspect the item. If you have a problem please contact us by using EBay’s messaging system.  We will reply ASAP during our normal business hours. We stand behind all items as they were originally described in the auction. We will do our best to amicably resolve any unforeseen problems that may occur. If a return is required for an item not as described, we will refund the winning bid once the item is received. If our testing shows the item to be as described, a restocking fee of 20% maybe deducted from the winning bid depending on the condition in which it is returned. You are responsible for the proper packaging of the item and the return shipping charges. We may refund return shipping charges at our own discretion. We reserve the right to reject merchandise that has been tampered with or received in poor condition due to improper return packaging.
