Mickey Through the Ages: Brave Little Tailor 1/4oz Gold: The New Zealand Mint are delighted to offer a major new programme that will run for the next two years, with eight coin releases over that period. Disney has kindly collaborated with NZM to give access to all of the major movies that Mickey Mouse has starred in over his long career. From that they have selected some of his most important movie appearances to develop this collection.
Mickey Mouse – Brave Little Tailor is the second release in the series of the Mickey Through the Ages coin collection from New Zealand Mint. The collection celebrates the much-loved Disney character Mickey Mouse and his cartoon career through the decades.
In this particular release the imagery for the coins is taken from
the classic moment when Mickey Mouse decides to leave town to defeat the
giant in Brave Little Tailor (1938).
