Mario Kart 7 'Snap On' Cover / Case  for Nintendo 3DS Console.

Mario Kart themed Snap-on Case, Power-Up Stylus and Cleaning Cloth lets you race alongside your favorite Mario characters and protect your Nintendo 3DS system all at the same time. Attaching the protective two-piece case is a snap, and once it's on you won’t have to remove it to enjoy your system with the unique playthru design. The top cover is printed with favorite Mario Kart 7 characters and the bottom is enhanced with a soft-touch material making it easier to hold on to the lead during your final lap.

This official Nintendo licensed accessory had been designed and manufactured exclusively by PowerA. All PowerA products are designed and manufactured to the exact specifications of your console. All products meet or exceed Nintendo's standards for quality and safety and as such are deemed worthy of an Official Nintendo Seal of quality.

POSTAGE  & PAYMENT:

Will send via Royal Mail or Hermes (economy options). If you want quicker delivery, these options are available at checkout at extra cost. I only charge for the cost of the postage. Packaging & time/fuel to the drop off point is free. I may use recycled packaging due to this reason. Please be reasonable & don't penalise me for this. The savings I make are passed on to you. Also, I don't believe in buying/using new packaging if there is a suitable, reusable source available. We need to be as kind as possible to our planet. 

As soon as payment received, I will dispatch the goods. This is normally within 24 hours, often sooner (Mon-Fri only). Please bear in mind , if you have won an auction item, I expect payment within 48 hours of auction ending (as per Ebay policy); otherwise I will open a case for non payment. Had a lot of problems with 'time wasters' unfortunately.

 Items are sent to address registered with PayPal/Ebay, so please make sure yours is up-to date. I always retain proof of posting. If an item is late, lost or damaged in transit, please bear in mind, this is beyond my control. If this occurs, please could you let me know initially without going through Ebays 'Resolution Centre', so I can sort & come up with a satisfactory solution for you. If you go through Ebay before giving me a chance to sort, they will automatically give me a defect which affects selling. Unfair but true. I endeavour to give 100% satisfaction. If, for whatever reason, I have not given you a satisfactory solution, then, by all means, please feel free to go to Ebays 'Resolution Centre' so they can step in to help.

REFUNDS:

Please note, I accept 'no quibble' returns . I'm afraid  buyer is  responsible for return postage. As I run a very small business, I cannot afford to offer free postage & returns like large businesses often do. I am genuinely  sorry for this. My prices are extremely competitive as I only make a very small profit margin after purchasing the goods, paying Ebay & Paypal fees & providing free packaging, etc. 

Please study all photographs & descriptions carefully to satisfy yourself of the items condition & suitability for you. As per Ebay guidelines, I will issue a full refund of the goods when they are received and checked to make sure they are in the same condition as when dispatched.  If you have any questions, please contact me & I will endeavour to reply the same day.

When you receive your goods, please could you leave feedback so I know they've arrived safely & you're happy. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied, please would you give me a chance to resolve before opening a case with Ebay or leaving neutral or negative feedback as this greatly impacts selling.  I also find it very upsetting as I try very hard to give 100% customer satisfaction. 

Please bear in mind that if item is damaged, late or lost via post or you have failed to read descriptions & look at photos thoroughly, that these are not fair or satisfactory reasons to leave neutral or negative feedback or low star ratings (see eBay guidelines). It is essential that you thoroughly check photos, descriptions & seller policies before bidding/buying. I always endeavour to be prompt, polite & to sort any problems to your satisfaction,  but if you are being unreasonable & unfair for any reason, I will take the matter up with Ebay to restore my reputation as an honest, friendly, helpful & fair seller. If Ebay find that you've not been fair or misread descriptions, etc. & have to step in to protect the seller from unwarranted & unfounded low star ratings, neutral or negative feedback, etc., this could affect your account & reputation.
