Epiphone Masterbilt DR-500MCE Acoustic/Electric Guitar - Vintage Sunburst

The Epiphone Masterbilt line combines traditional construction methods and features with premium all solid tone woods to bring you a new "vintage" instrument with deep rich lows, shimmering highs and just the right amount of mids. The DR-500MCE features a solid Sitka Spruce top and solid mahogany back and sides and adds the two-source eSonic2 System electronics, blending magnetic and piezo pickups to capture all of the instrument's natural warmth and dynamics.

This guitar has not yet found a home in consumer hands! It is lightly stamped "used" on the back of the headstock. This designation means the guitar has a minor cosmetic blemish. It is a completely playable instrument with no sacrifice of tone, structure, or playability. This particular guitar has a few scratches and scuffs on the bridge and a small scuff in the finish on the top near the edge of the sunburst. There is a light scratch or scuff on the top near the treble edge of the fretboard and two small depressions on the side of the headstock near one corner. I have included a close-up photo of each imperfection. Aside from what I have described, this guitar is in flawless condition.

This guitar has a great neck and excellent action. It has received a professional setup and is ready to play. The cutaway enhances the versatility and playability of this instrument, providing easy reach to the upper frets. The eSonic2 preamp has a built-in chromatic tuner and features two input sources with the option of blending the signals or utilizing individual stereo outputs.

A new Guardian Cases hardshell case can be added to US orders for $75 or to international orders for $95.
