After extensive research, I believe this 4 barreled, 14 hole insert Zippo is from 1937. On the front it has a 1938 Farthing. On the back are the letters T C F. I believe this Zippo, with the English coin on, would be a very unusual thing to find in England at that date. Everything still works, although spring is a little weak and lid does not quite close flush. You can see by the picture the overall condition. I think this IS a very rare Zippo. I would have investigated further but the insert is in tight and I did not want to force it out as I think it is quite a special object. A nearly 80 year old lighter. Any questions please ask.
