It's very rare that an item doesn't arrive, but it might be delayed. It's very frustrating when you are left waiting.
Please check the sale page of the item for the tracking number. If you cannot locate the tracking number please message me. I will provide the tracking info. With the tracking number you can see detailed information about the delivery progress. With the tracking number you will be able to inquire about the delivery and rearrange delivery. I can help chase up delayed parcels. In some cases I may need your cooperation in providing information to assist with the inquiry.
DAMAGED GOODS
What if there is a problem when I receive the item?
If the item has been damaged in the post and the package is clearly damaged please point this out to the courier and inform us straight away. Only the sender can claim for compensation.
If the item is otherwise damaged, or you consider it not as described, please inform me straight away.
