My price deal: Any questions or suggestions relating to the sale please do contact me through the eBay e-mail messaging service This is a buy-it-now or best-offer auction The auction will run for a maximum of 30 days Just enter an offer in "Make Offer" and confirm it You can do this process up to 3 times Each offer I will either accept it or not accept it Make me a reasonable offer and I will consider it's merits especially if you buy more than one item!
Returns policy: If an item gets lost or damaged in the post, I shall be happy to let you have the certificate of postage, and as much help as I can, but I'm afraid it'll be your responsibility to file a claim with the post office. Over the past year, I seem to have had more than my fair share of people claiming that their item has either not arrived or has been damaged en route - and if I put in many more claims with the post office I suspect they might think I'm the dodgy one! Not that all claims are dodgy - I know the post office is far from perfect - but the classic one had to be the very rude buyer who was demanding (and I mean demanding!) a refund due to an item not arriving - until I pointed out to him that I'd sent his item recorded delivery and someone seemed to have signed for it using his name....funnily enough, I never did hear anything more from him! Will do a sales or return on items where there is doubt of whether the item is fit for purpose under this basis buyer will pay return postage plus a fee of 20% of sold price Whatever your need please e-mail through eBay to discuss the contract of sale I aim to be both flexible and fair
And finally... More details to follow asap, or feel free to contact me through the eBay messaging service Obviously I will be delighted to try answer any questions you have relating to this sale Thank you for looking and please bid with confidence I aim to deliver on my promises |
