Payment
We accept payment by Paypal (preferred) and most credit /debit Cards over the phone, or by Postal Order or by Bank Transfer.  Cheques can be taken for payment but must be cleared before despatch of goods – this can take 10-14 days in our experience.

Carriage Charges.  Choose either

1/.  Standard (uninsured) Post or

2/.  Insured (listed at the higher price, this covers to the invoice value of the goods for damage or loss - we suggest this is a good idea for items over about £40.00).

Delivery    We will normally need a contact Telephone Number for the Carrier in case of difficulty finding your address.
Your goods will be dispatched on clearance of funds and will normally be with you within 3 to 5 working days, we will advise you via Ebay or  Email when your goods have left so please contact us if you don't receive them within 5 working days.

A signature is required for the delivery unless you have left special instructions for your item(s) to be left at an alternative location, please be aware this is done at your risk and we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage.

You must report any damaged or missing goods within 48 hours of receipt.

Refunds, Returns or Warranty Claims
In the event of any warranty claim please contact us first to discuss the problem on 01780 759111 and have details of the item and when you purchased it.

If for any reason within 7 days you no longer require your item(s) you can return them for a refund (excluding the original carriage) but at your cost, however the item must be in new unused undamaged condition and in the original undamaged packaging.  A Returns ref Number must be obtained.  Thanks.
