This is not a DAC, item is a digital to digital converter!

Used this to get USB laptop digital audio into SPDIF or aes-ebu into DAC.

Works perfect. Power supply required (wall wort) for I2S, none needed for USB to SPDIF, not sure about TOS.

Perfect for laptop running Tidal/ USB out into teralink/ spdif out to input of DAC.

Previously used on EMM Labs DAC6e via spdif input, slightly higher performance on ase-ebu input vs spdif, there is no usable USB input on the EMM DAC6e.

Use high end USB a/b cable 1.00-1.50 meter for best performance. Use shorter 0.5m SPDIF or SPDIF to AES-EBU for best performance.

Software to connect the TERALINK available online use ASIO4ALL.

Works perfectly with FIDELIZER, ASIO4ALL, TIDAL, all other music streaming in 2016.

Several ASIO4ALL drivers available free download, win32,win64,mac.
