ASD Bright Ideas - we understand autism

why? Because we are a family with a child on the
autistic spectrum so we understand the challenges
and rewards that you face on a daily basis.

ASD Bright Ideas was set up to help other parents/carers of special needs children. When our own daughter was diagnosed we were amazed at the lack of resources out there to help our children, so with an educational background in autism and special needs we decided to start making our own to help others.

The aim of ASD Bright Ideas is to help other parents and children living with autism with communication and visual aids for both personal and public awareness. All our products have been tried and tested by ourselves and other parents.

As a family we know the ups and downs of living with autism and know that there are plenty of judgemental people around. When our daughter was little she used to have meltdown and people would say “that kid needs a smack or control your kid” this used to bother her but now due to our awareness products she is a lot more confident whilst out and about, our visual have helped her learn important social skills and help her with changes that happen in her life. Please take a moment to look at our other products if you like what you see but what you require is not listed please let us know because we can adapt and make things up to suit your needs.

Our visual resources have been tried and tested not only by ourselves but also parents/carers/teachers of special needs children such as autism/aspergers/downssyndrome/languagedisorders/speech delays/ADHD/oppositional defiant disorder/English as a second language the list goes on.

They have also helped our eldest daughter who is not on the spectrum with her social skills and learning.

We aim to post the next working day sometime we can post that day if payment is received before the post office run.

We promise a great old fashioned family friendly service from acknowledging receipt of your purchase through to letting you know we have posted.

Remember your child is not a statistic or diagnosis but a child with unique different abilities.
