The machines power up to BIOS fine without any errors or passwords. The LCD panels aren't marked or damaged in any way.

Any hard drives (if included) are data wiped and work.

Optical drives, operating installs etc aren't tested (we only test computers to go to BIOS due to time restraints).

They have been removed out of operation due to standard IT asset change overs.

OPERATING SYSTEMS ARE NOT INSTALLED - Any licences attached to the case are detailed below.
