This is a Temple Fork Outfitters discontinued series new 4 piece 8 weight 9 foot fly rod with  cloth rod sock. It is an IM8 Graphite model fly rod. The information on the rod near the handle has "Temple Fork Outfitters IM8 Graphite" on one line and the rod weight and length on the second line.
