This is an original design available only from DADVENTUREDAN (on eBay and on his website). Dan selects new & quality used LEGO® brand parts & adds custom decals protected with clear acrylic to build unique, fun additions to your LEGO® town or train layout. The custom decals are great for light play or display but won't withstand abusive handling or soaking in the tub. Your set will ship assembled & carefully packed, with no instructions.

IMPORTANT LEGAL STUFF: Sets contain small parts & are unsuitable for children under three due to choking hazard. LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO® Group of companies which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse Dan's fan-built custom creations.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: Dan has shipped his creations to hundreds of happy customers in countries all over the world. Please take a moment to read the following info, which will help prevent common misunderstandings:
1. Dan tries to be an honest guy. He will mark your customs form "PLASTIC LEGO TOY" with the correct value shown & will NOT mark it falsely as a "GIFT."
2. Any customs or import fees your country may charge you are between you & your country and are YOUR responsibility. Dan has no way to determine what they may be, so please check with your government in advance to avoid nasty surprises.
3. If you choose USPS First Class International as your shipping method, please realize that while cheap it can be SLOW. Dan has had packages take anywhere from a few days (a nice surprise) to many weeks (more common), mostly depending on how quickly the destination country processes items through customs. Delivery times by this method can seem pretty random, so if you choose USPS First Class International, please be patient! USPS Priority Mail is expensive but can be a more timely option if you are in a hurry.
4. Italy's government has an odd policy prohibiting the import by mail of "toys not made wholly of wood," so sadly Dan does not ship to Italy.
